It might come as a surprise, but i've never tried Last.fm before. Last time I've heard Kevin talked about it, as an app for iPhone, but as i didn't had an iPhone at that time, so i didn't put any attention on it. I thought Last.fm was just a website, where you can upload you're playlists and you get recommendations on similar artists, songs that you might like. Then you must buy and download the music yourself. Well, i was wrong !

Two days ago i bought an iPhone. I didn't know which music to upload on it, because i get bored of listening to same music over and over again really fast. So i've found a free app for iPhone in the iTunes App Store, download it and i'm just loving it. It's simple as can be - you just write an artist / song in the search box, list thru and pick the artist you like. You can listen to the audio station with picked artist and similar music. It's really fun .. and you discover a bunch of cool music on it's way ! Check my Last.fm profile !

Internet situation in Slovenia has improved over the years. From a slow dial-up, to standard coax internet connection, companies are now building optical network - their goal is to bring optical fiber to every household. And they are doing it all for free !

Two companies - Telekom and T-2 - are building their own connection so every house or apartment would have 2 fully functional fiber connections that can reach up to 1Gbps or more. You might think, monthly prices must be high. The answer in no ! Only 21$ per month for 10/10Mbps, 42$ for 20/20Mbps and up to 1489$ per month for 1Gbps/1Gbps internet connection.

The network is growing every day and a couple of months ago they got to my house with one fiber connection and i'm still waiting for another. As i heared from their operator today, i could be hooked up on their fiber connection in a month. I can't wait to go over to my cable company and break the contract for 10Mbps/1.5MBps connection for 51$ per month !

I've upgraded my site Andaily today - with RSS feed and automatic posting of new messages on popular social sites Twitter and Pownce.
RSS feed contains last 10 posts, published on this site, with permalink and title.
Twitter and Pownce API's have quite extended documentation, so building post requests was quite simple. Long story short, i'm sending new messages, when they are posted, via post request to this two API's, which then post them on the site, so i don't have to "promote" new posts manualy.

I went to the beach today. Weather in Ljubljana was quite chilly, so me and my sister decided to visit our parents, that are spending hot summer days in a lovely town by the beach called Novigrad (Croatia).
Early breakfast by the highway and after 2 hours, 150 km, first beer in our apartment. Then off to the beach. Nice relaxing sunday ..
